Sphere of Influence Foundation is a Non-Profit Organization registered under the Laws of Botswana as a Foundation Trust through the Attorney General's Chambers Deeds Office and Masters Court Registrar.
We exist by the grace of God and consider it a divine privilege to be instruments of positive change transforming lives, uplifting communities, and empowering the next generation.
To provide a platform for specialised professionals to transform lives particularly among the youth, churches, and the poor through service, mentorship, and empowerment.
We are committed to leaving a lasting mark on every life we touch, inspired by faith, compassion, and a shared purpose for societal transformation.

THE OBJECTIVES
• Empower Youth with competencies that will enable them to gain employment or start
their own businesses.
• To promote an integrated approach to development through the establishment of linkages
between poverty eradication, employment creation and capacity building programmes.
• To offer a platform to enable youth to tap on their creativity and energy to improve delivery
of public services.
• To work hand in hand with churches and other organisations to spread the message of
transformation
• To assist in sponsoring the disadvantaged children with basic education.
• To construct and build orphanage houses in remote and urban areas and house
all orphans in them.
• Working hand in hand with spiritual leaders like pastors and professional leaders from
spheres of life to develop socio economic lifestyle and in need of inner and
spiritual healings.
• To teach other youths and other groups of people on financial matters including budgets,
financial accounting and other financial matters and issues.
Kabelo Mokokong
Founder and Chairman
Sphere of Influence Foundation is a Non-Profit Organization registered under the Laws of the Republic of Botswana with the Attorney General’s Chambers Deeds Office as a Trust (Registration No. MA 1138/2018).
The Foundation was established by Mr. Kabelo Mokokong, who serves as the Founder and Chairman. He is trained in Ministry Training/Theology and Business Administration, uniquely blending Business and Spirituality in his approach to leadership and community development. Mrs. Rosa Mokokong, the Co-Founder and Director, brings her background in Business Management and her passion for empowering individuals and families through practical and spiritual growth.
The Foundation’s mandate is to engage communities in social values, marketplace empowerment, mentorship, personal development, and spiritual growth. Through various community initiatives, Sphere of Influence Foundation also focuses on supporting the needy and addressing everyday challenges that affect people’s livelihoods.
Furthermore, the Foundation provides a networking platform for churches, individuals, specialized professionals, organizations, and institutions to collaborate in transforming and making a positive impact in people’s diverse spheres of life.
Pastor Kabelo Mokokong - Abishael has been in ministry for over 20 years. Together with his wife, Rosa, they have faithfully pastored their own ministry and collaborated with various pastors and churches across different regions. He felt led by the Lord to establish a non-denominational organization a platform to be a blessing to the body of Christ. Even from his early days in ministry, Pastor Kabelo knew he was called into Missions. With extensive experience serving in multiple capacities as a pastor, administrator, and in the Ministry of Helps he brings a wealth of insight and leadership to his work as a Church Consultant.
He is the Founder of Sphere of Influence Foundation and the Managing Director of Excellent Printing & Consultancy Services. Pastor Kabelo has pursued studies in Ministry Training and Divinity, and he is an Ordained Pastor of the Gospel. Additionally, he has studied Business Administration and Information Technology, and is a trained and certified Business Consultant and Company Secretary.
Pastor Kabelo’s personality is best described as that of a Balancer someone who excels in flexibility and adaptability, able to blend seamlessly into any situation or team. He promotes cooperation within groups, offering support, encouragement, and practical help to accomplish shared goals. A team player, hands-on leader, and creative problem solver, he naturally conceptualizes and drives ideas into action. Passionate about beautifying the house of God, he believes that first impressions truly matter. He is gifted in overseeing projects, mentoring others, and helping men and women of God expand their ministries and operate fully in their callings. A true pioneer, Pastor Kabelo finds fulfillment in developing others and inspiring them to pursue their God-given dreams. He values professionalism, presentability, and practical engagement. His personality blends both introverted and extroverted traits outgoing, adventurous, and sociable with familiar people, yet calm and reserved in unfamiliar environments.
